FED-EX Follow up

So, I finally supposedly got resolution, 6 weeks later. They are supposed to send a check to the shipper that I used in Brooklyn. I found out, thought, that I am not getting what I was originally promised, but $34.00 less. The woman who finally helped me acted as though she was doing me a gigantic favor. I'll be sending a letter to FED-EX outlining these issues, and in the meantime, I'll just move on.

Thanks everyone for your support. Somehow shipping issues can be so frustrating, and I think we've all had these issues at one time or another. I love the support I get from scrappers and stampers!
